What we collect

This site has no user accounts, no forms and sets no cookies. When you call or email us, we receive only the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and pool details.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on an order. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting sale, and invoices for the period Portuguese tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us. You may also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal.

Third party services

Fonts load from Google Fonts and scripts from public CDNs (Tailwind CSS and unpkg). These providers receive your IP address when your browser fetches the files.
